If the battery is old it wouldn’t hurt to replace it. The problem is not the battery though. You have a slow drain also called a parasitic draw. Often the COMAND is the culprit.

I was created with 4 or 5 inoperable function messages on the dash. SRS malfunction, Run Flat inoperable, inoperable, ABS. If I remove button and start car manually with the key fob it turns over but there is no power to radio, interior light and heater/fan. The stick shift is also stuck and I can not move it . I ran the car for about 15 minutes and nothing so I went out to get new battery. When I got home I tried again and it was running fine so I figured I just need to charge the battery back up and I even took it for a short drive and also put it on a trickle charger for the whole night. Woke up and I have the issue again . Would you suggest changing battery ? 2012 c350

Battery went dead, took battery out and charged over night. Replaced battery and started the car. A/C at first was blowing low even on high settings and then stopped blowing completely. Opened the hood and checked to see if fan was operating under the cabin filte, not operating. what steps do i need to take to check. Compressor is working! Appreciate any help. Thanks
